Mr. Paul E. Ross has been Chief Financial Officer at The Trade Desk, Inc. since December 2014 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Ross served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Decisionpoint Systems, Inc. from September 14, 2012 to February 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of GenMark Diagnostics, Inc. since April 4, 2011 until April 22, 2012 and served as its Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Ross also served as Principal Accounting Officer of GenMark Diagnostics, Inc. He has worked in accounting and finance for more than eighteen years. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Teledata Technology Solutions Limited since October 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Meade Instruments Corp. from March 19, 2007 to April 1, 2009. From May 10, 2005 to March 16, 2007, Mr. Ross served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Power-One, Inc. (now ABB Product Group Solar) From April 2001 to May 2005, he held various positions with Power-One including Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance, Director of corporate finance and Manager of financial planning and reporting. Prior to joining Power-One Inc., Mr. Ross was employed with British Petroleum, Los Angeles. From December 1998 to April 2001, he served as the Senior Financial Analyst of the external reporting group at BP/Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO). From September 1996 to December 1998, he served an audit Associate and then Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He earned his Certified Public Accountant license at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Ross received his BA degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 1996 and an MBA degree from University of Southern California in 2002.
