What is the best part about your compensation package?
I didn't receive fair compensation for a very long time due to being disagreed by my direct manager. Once my manager was replaced, someone else was able to see my level of contribution and made strides to make sure my salary was changed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO & CTO are both amazing individuals with no airs and nothing but humbleness. They are a true treat to be around and work for. Their strategies with the company are always transparent, well explained, and precise. Feel really lucky to have these two heading the two major efforts that drive this CO
