It all starts with the CEO who needs to be replaced and as far as management they need to hire people who are educated in a skilled
Always help out you'r employees and stop favoring the woman they can be wrong to
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we Get paid on time with no issue
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is the type of place when you do bad you get reprimanded for it when you do good you don't get credit for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
teamwork is excellent until management steps in and tells you how to do your job last time I checked were the ones with the education and proper skills.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stay out of peoples personal business
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There was absolutely nothing positive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This company just needs a complete wipe out from a new CEO to a new HR and management.

It's not hard to get hired from this company as long as you're willing to take a low pay
Ask more questions about the people who they hire they do hire some people they are a liability who threaten Coworkers and managers

With proper management and skilled workers. there's too much deadweight there that has to go
