If you received an error after clicking on a link in an unfamiliar sign-in notification email, the issue may have resulted from that link being expired. To receive a new sign-in notification email with a fresh link, take the following steps:

Open a browser window or tab in privacy mode:

- Chrome: Menu > New Incognito Window/Tab

- Firefox: Menu > New Private Window

- Safari: Menu > Private Browsing

- Internet Explorer: Tools > InPrivate Browsing

Go to a Disney site (shopDisney.com, for example) or app and sign into your account

A new device login notification email will be sent to the email address associated with your account; click on "I Don't Recognize This Activity"

Follow the steps to change your password

NOTE: The password reset link will expire after 14 days. Once clicked, you will have 15 minutes to complete the process of changing your password.

Disney+ Subscribers: If you are subscribed to Disney+, you should also update your password there to fully protect your account.

Language options are available on the bottom navigation bar of the website. If you’re in the Moana tutorial, the language option will be on the bottom left of the screen.

Some guests are unable to login to their Disney account, but are seeing a message that the account already exists when trying to create a new one.

To resolve this, please contact our support team via the "Email" button below with the following information:

The account name (often the e-mail address)

Your date of birth (may be used to verify ownership if you're writing from a different email)

Our support team will respond to you as soon as possible with further steps or information.

Why do you send me email messages about your contests when I'm ineligible to enter as an international resident?

When you registered at Disney.com, you asked to receive exciting updates and news via email. This added you to our general e-newsletter list. Our newsletter list server does not make a distinction between emails which may or may not be pertinent to you personally based upon your email address and the newsletter content.

Why are guests outside of the United States and Canada restricted from entering your contests?

We regret that our international guests aren't able to participate in many of our online contests. Due to strict laws in other countries governing online contests, it's difficult for us to register our sweepstakes outside of the United States. You may want to visit our <a rel="noopener,nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.disneyinternational.com/">Disney International home</a> page to see if there is an international site specific to your region. These sites are produced locally in their host countries and frequently offer contests for our international Guests that are not available here at Disney.com.

Why are residents of Quebec restricted from entering your online contest when it is open to residents of other parts of Canada?

This is due to strict laws in Quebec that make residents of that province ineligible to enter many of our online contests. Quebec law requires that all promotional materials related to any such contest be presented in both English and French.

What is the Disney Junior's Birthday Book?

Disney Junior's Birthday Book is an on-air and online birthday greeting to our young viewers of Disney Junior. It will feature the photos of the month's birthday boys and girls.

How do I submit my child's photo?

You can upload a photo of your child with your child's name (NOTE: The image should be a .PNG, .JPG or .GIF file with a minimum size of 1MB and a maximum of 5MB), birth date (day/month/year), email address, contact number, cable operator and subscriber number to: <a rel="noopener,nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.disneyjunior-asia.com/birthday-book/">http://www.disneyjunior-asia.com/birthday-book/</a>

When can I submit my child's photo?

You need to send in the photograph 2 months before your child's birthday month. For example, if your child's birthday falls on October, the submission must be made within 1st August to 31st August. Likewise, if your child's birthday falls on January, the submission must be made within 1st November to 30th November of the preceding year.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, your child has to be between 2 and 7 years old.

On what criteria will the photos be selected?

You have to be a Disney Junior subscriber

We have to receive the photos 2 months before your child's birthday

The photo must have only your birthday child's image, preferably in the middle of the photo

The image of the child must be sharp and not out of focus

The image must be a .PNG, .JPG or .GIF file

The photo must be in full color with a minimum file size of 1MB and a maximum of 5MB

On a first-come-first-served basis. The first 100 selected photos will be featured on-air while

the remaining photos of maximum 300 photos that meet the above criteria will be featured online

IMPORTANT: Disney Junior Birthday Book is NOT available in the United States and Canada.

How many photos can I send?

Each child is limited to one picture only. You can update the picture on the website however your submission date will base on the date of the final update made to the submission. Please see the criteria of selection above.

How would I know if you have received my submission?

You will receive an automated confirmation email once you have successfully submitted your entry. Do check your junk folder if you do not receive it, it might have been sent there by mistake.

How do I edit my child's details after I have submitted my entry?

Enter the same birth date and email address into the system and it will automatically retrieve your previously submitted information. It will then prompt you whether to make changes or submit a new entry.

How many children will be featured every month?

Every month, the Disney Junior's Birthday Book will feature at 100 children on air and 300 children online.

How do I know if my photo is selected?

You will receive a confirmation email from Disney Junior if your child is selected to be shown on the channel or online on the birthday month.

When can I get to see the birthday greeting on-air?

There is no specific time but the monthly birthday greeting will be on-air quite frequently throughout the month! Do check out the Disney Junior Birthday Book videos at:

Will I get to have a copy of the Disney Junior book if my child's photo is selected?

I am sorry but we will not be able to make a copy for you.

Do I have to be a Disney Junior subscriber to take part?

Yes, you have to be a Disney Junior subscriber in Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. You have to write down the name of your cable operator and cable subscription number when email your entry.

My preschoolers watch Disney Junior at their grandparent's place. Can they still send in?

Yes, they can. Just remember to include their grandparents' cable operator and subscriber number in your entry.

If you are interested in becoming a performer, consider these important first steps:

Education:Discuss your interests with your school counselor or music teacher. Research music schools to see what fits your needs.

Practice:Join your local musical theater group or start a group of your own. Write an opera and stage it in your backyard. Enter your school’s talent contest and sing your heard out. When you make your own opportunities you will find they are endless!

Research:Read the entertainment industry trade papers to see ads for upcoming auditions.

Find an agent:Having an agent is essential to getting paid work. We can’t recommend a specific agency, but if you do your research you will find one that’s right for you.
