You only see them if you are in trouble, your 6 month evaluation, are they are trying to intimidate the drivers for some reason, don get me wrong there are a few good ones. But the way it set up is odd because GSM's are transferred to Transportation like crazy and lots of them have no experience in buses and have no clue what is going on all they do is bark orders that they are not even correct about most of the time.
