Mr. Frank J. Ferazzi serves as a Vice President of Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC and Williams Companies, Inc. Mr. Ferazzi has been Senior Vice President of Atlantic for Gulf Operating Area at The Williams Companies, Inc. since July 2017 and served as its Vice President and General Manager of Williams' Transco Pipeline. Mr. Ferazzi served as Vice President of Northwest Pipeline GP since October 1, 2007. He served as a Vice President of Northwest Pipeline Corporation from April 1, 2002 to September 30, 2007. He serves as Director of Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC. He attended Central Michigan University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1978.
