What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're always willing to listen.
Organized and fair minded leaders
My manager is incredibly supportive of a work/life balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about the employees that actually make the money for the company, rather than focusing on how big they can make their own bonuses for the year.
Communication as well as transparency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing special about it at all
I still have a pension
The opportunity to buy stock in the company and own part of the company i work for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
contractor fige years, breaks, employment, law
The risk for the industry we work in and the amount of extras they require from us, like being on call 24/7, is not compensated at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
respect each other and mansger
We get the job done on time
We make sure each other are able to go home at the end of the day. There are a lot of safety risks in our industry, and the company will usually sweep the expensive ones under the rug. The crew takes care if their own, because we can't count on the company to take care of us.
My coworkers are talented and enjoyable to be around
We're always willing to help each other out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I sit next to someone who passes gas, talks inappropriately about his wife, and has no boundaries whatsoever. But, he's a warm body doing the job, so nothing will be done about this behavior.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ability to interact with various teams
Being my own boss since none is on location to aupervise me every day.
We all seem to get the job done fast

The culture perpetuates only allowing white men to excel

serving the field operations to keep their work going smooth
Being able to do something different every day and mange my maintenance and equipment on a daily basis.
Taking the bus and company pays for it

Effective communication and actually trying to rain in cost.
