John E. Poarch — Senior Vice President of Engineering Services at The Williams Companies

Mr. John E. Poarch has been Senior Vice President of Engineering Services at The Williams Companies, Inc. since November 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Poarch served as Vice President of Commercial for the West Operating Area for Williams. Mr. Poarch served as Vice President of Commercial & Business Development of Access Midstream Partners GP, L.L.C, a general partner of Access Midstream Partners, L.P since April 2014. Mr. Poarch served as General Manager ' Eagle Ford for Access. At Chesapeake Midstream Partners, Mr. Poarch served as Area Manager of Springridge assets in the Haynesville Shale and Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Poarch served as the Director of Business Development and as a Construction Project Manager for Seminole Energy Services. In addition, Mr. Poarch has been an Industry Consultant, Owner of a distribution company and held various engineering, commercial and supervisory positions for Conoco. Mr. Poarch received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1987.
