Mr. Micheal G. Dunn, also known as Mike, has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of The Williams Companies, Inc. and WPZ GP LLC since February 27, 2017. Mr. Dunn began his career with Williams as an Operations Engineer and spent 14 years with it in a variety of technical and leadership roles. Mr. Dunn served as the President of Questar Pipeline, LLC (formerly Questar Pipeline Company) from April 16, 2015 to September 16, 2016. Mr. Dunn served as an Executive Vice President of Dominion Questar Corporation (Questar Corporation) from 2015 to September 16, 2016. At Questar, he was the executive leader of a major western U.S. natural gas transmission company comprising four FERC regulated interstate pipelines with natural gas storage and processing capabilities. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of PacifiCorp Energy, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy from February 1, 2010 to 2015. He served as the President of Kern River Gas Transmission Company since June 01, 2007. He joined Kern River since 1990 as a supervisor/chief inspector for the initial construction of the Kern River pipeline system. He has 25 years of leadership experience in the energy business and with a major interstate pipeline. He is responsible for strategic planning, operations and engineering, including overseeing capital budgets in excess of $1 billion with one of the nation's largest companies. During his time with the Kern River, he has served in several capacities, including district supervisor, senior engineer and project manager. He also served as Project Director of the Kern River 2003 Expansion Project. He served as Kern River's vice president of operations, information technology and engineering since March 2005. He has been a Director of WPZ GP LLC since February 27, 2017. He served as a Director of Pacificorp Energy from February 1, 2010 to March 2015. He served as a Director of Questar Pipeline Company since 2015. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Oklahoma. Mr. Dunn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in Norman in 1988.
