Everything was just perfect and good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to similar roles at other companies, my position is paid far below the industry average. Since it is a sales job, a good start would be to receive a commission on deals closed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since we are all around the same age, we have a lot in common. Our shared experiences - both personal and professional - make it easy to connect and bond.
