I've worked over 2 years in MathCo, TBH this is the worst company to work for. Pathetic work-life balance, toxic work enviroment, extreme working hours, no job security at all for fresh joiners, hikes/ appraisal differs if you are liked/ disliked. BAD EXPERIENCE - I won't recommend anyone this org.

Toxic work environment, lots of escalations in every other project.

Extreme working hours including weekends without any extra pay/ compensation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reduce long working hours, improve toxic work environment, improve hikes/ appraisals, know your ground truth reality of projects. PSO team who looks out for employee' wellbeing and all - does nothing.
