
Highly manager and team dependent. Some managers expect overtime and they themselves work tons of overtime. Others are lax and chill. Poor communication appears to be on every team where the left doesn't know what the right hand is doing even with status meetings.
Very business oriented. Depends which division and where you're based. Where I am, people aren't exactly that friendly.
