Positive, since day one. The toughest days have all been made better than the best days at most other companies because of the team. Everyone cares, everyone wants to help. All you have to do is ask. Your efforts are noticed and appreciated.

Great personalities, all team players. Truly one unit, all who are willing to help anyone who needs it.

Always available, even to the lowest levels of the company. Willing to listen to any and all feedback. Focused on keeping the culture strong through excellent hiring process, promoting internally, and maintaining the core company values.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How laid back it was. While there were a million questions and multiple steps, it was not stressful and I could tell that they legitimately wanted to get to know who I was as a person and what type of energy I would bring to the company.
