They're really, really smart. They're easy to look up to and the continue to set examples of excellence throughout the organization. They're also really intense, but that's the culture they want at Thinktiv and if you're a good fit, it's great.

Our leadership team is incredibly sharp, driven and client-focused. Our culture garners strategically thinking through any challenge and collaboratively creating solutions with a value-first mentality. The exec team has a do-what-is-right for the client approach to every engagement.

The talent and ability of the leadership team is truly impressive. It would be nice if team members could get more mentorship from above, but we don't live in a perfect world. Don't misunderstand, continuous education/improvement is a company tenet but sometimes tough to balance with workload.

The team is awesome. Some of the smartest, most capable people I have ever worked with. It's a very self-directed environment. You work with people here, not for them. Only downside to that is sometimes things like communication and coordination can slip.

The people. It may sound trite, but almost everyone here is amazingly talented. People are and expected to be multi-disciplinary problem solvers. When you are out of your depth, there is always someone here with experience you can call on. We all make each other better every day.
