They're really, really smart. They're easy to look up to and the continue to set examples of excellence throughout the organization. They're also really intense, but that's the culture they want at Thinktiv and if you're a good fit, it's great.
Our leadership team is incredibly sharp, driven and client-focused. Our culture garners strategically thinking through any challenge and collaboratively creating solutions with a value-first mentality. The exec team has a do-what-is-right for the client approach to every engagement.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The talent and ability of the leadership team is truly impressive. It would be nice if team members could get more mentorship from above, but we don't live in a perfect world. Don't misunderstand, continuous education/improvement is a company tenet but sometimes tough to balance with workload.
