They talk to us as equals. They genuinely want to help.

Does not see the changing speed of increased digital interactions as a risk to their business model
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bi-annual bonus payouts, three tiers of stock compensation in the 401k plan, which are not difficult to get (essentially paid to everyone with 1000 hours of service each year), quarterly health plan incentives.
