What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bi-annual bonus payouts, three tiers of stock compensation in the 401k plan, which are not difficult to get (essentially paid to everyone with 1000 hours of service each year), quarterly health plan incentives.

Everyone helps one another when possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so friendly. The company philosophy is very positive.

they hire anyone wirh a pulse
I was asked questions in regards to the actual position I applied for. The interviewers were friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm free to be myself and not pressured by meeting numbers.
