What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency from leadership. They do their best to not keep all of us in the dark about company updates or milestones.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Low EQs throughout the leadership team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and the vacation stipend.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raise in 4 years, but work load, job title and responsibilities changed significantly during that time
What are some of the best things about your team?
Meetings are used here for important items. We constantly have no meeting days across the company to promote more working time for teams.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn to be team players
I think they're doing their best
Most coworkers are amazing however, their is alot of yes people that follow leadership and make it impossible to show how much the company is failing. They only care about being profitable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One team environment and people are focused on the mission to serve our patients
