Transparency from leadership. They do their best to not keep all of us in the dark about company updates or milestones.

Unlimited PTO and the vacation stipend.

Meetings are used here for important items. We constantly have no meeting days across the company to promote more working time for teams.

One team environment and people are focused on the mission to serve our patients

The process is seamless and all the interviewers do a really good job of making you feel comfortable when interviewing.
