What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very homest, they care aboutt people
High caliber, problem solvers, down to earth.
Quite involved, easy to approach, good communication down to our teams but still room for some improvement.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair amount of focus on stock ownership but recently might have changed for new hires.
I feel its been good for each stage of the company and has increased in proportion to the company scaling.

It ls all anout teamwork and working together.
Company encourages innovation in all functions. ok to fail as long as you can learn from it.
Low ego from management, founders interact with everybody and are not afraid to make fun of themselves. Team is passionate about the mission
