What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really are about being inclusive. They'll hold you responsible for your productivity but don't mind doing things to boost morale.

Our leadership team is all about improving, finding new ways to create brand awareness as well as make it a fun place to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talking to they team how to train new hires and being on the same page
Leadership needs to get better at listening to employees, and taking action to create a less hostile work environment .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurances and 401k and we got dental
I like that I can be paid by the piece
I enjoy all of the benefits I get
I am paid fairly and as the company does well so do I!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work hard n used bcuz I was good. Let all the bad people continue doing notbut make me work harder
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good attitude and helpful to each other
Their are good at communicating
High energy and dedicated. Focused on right things and truly passionate about the business.
My team takes care of each other 100% of the time! They all are focused on improvement of processes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team work being on time for work and being more considerate of others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing here i like honestly outside of the book
At times it has a good environment
They are very respectful and bright
We are a small company and most all folks who work here can add real value on truly material projects/initiatives.

The person that interviewd me 6 years ago was very positive
Everyone was friendly and very positive
Was exposed to a broad level of managers during the interview process.
Very personal and informative about the company and the positions.

Stop hiring friends and family
What makes you most happy at work?
The interesting titles and vintage books
Knowing i can do my job well
Doing my part to be successfully productive. I like pats on the back.
To know that I enjoy the people im surrounded with
