Community Impact and Philanthropy

TIBCO recognizes the importance of supporting opportunities for all, and our philanthropic philosophy is exemplified in our TIBCO Cares program which encompasses team member giving and volunteerism, as well as corporate charitable contributions to organizations working to make the world a better and more equitable place. Our team members are often active in the community, giving of their time and talents through TIBCO-sponsored and individual volunteer projects. This has included projects around the world such as building hygiene kits, beach clean-ups, planting trees, and making superhero capes for children’s hospitals.

Additionally, we are proud to offer a gift matching program on the Benevity platform, which makes personal giving and matching seamless for our team members, empowering them to give to a wide range of causes, and easily enabling TIBCO to support the organizations that are meaningful to each of us.
