Very siloed and non communicative. 40 hour weeks

Detached and solely focused on making the company as attractive to outside investors as possible. Looking for a big pay day.
What's the IT team like at TierPoint?
Very top heavy. Sales people and executives rule the day and set the agenda. Not much here in terms of growth potential on the technical and engineering side, this is strictly a sales oriented company.
