The door is always open - everyone, no matter how senior, is reachable on a personal level.
Very approachable and happy to discuss things.

Leadership is completely detached from reality. Lack of transparency, vision, inspiring goals.

Broad range of benefits that really look to employee health and wellbeing, career development.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't really understand where my career path is going and the company leaves it up to me, a lot of this is confusing and makes me question my value

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Shared willingness and passion to learn, create high quality outputs, create great outcomes for clients and WANT to hang out with each other.
Old, uninteresting working environment, poor hardware infrastructure. The building is not accessible and meeting rooms are not soundproof. It's embarrassing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to actually address people's concerns, not dismiss them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting a bunch of friendly, like-minded people.

Being given opportunity to push myself, learn, get out of my comfort zone but also still know I'm supported by my colleagues and leaders.
The people are great, some of the projects are really inspiring
