20 days and the week between Christmas and New Years are always off. And you get your birthday off (if you have no other project commitments.
How does Concentrix Tigerspike make decisions around promotions?
They only do promotions at 1x per year in the US offices. Goal posts seem to move (I had 3 different systems put in place for milestones in my 3 years) and they don't often have opportunities that will help you meet the goals you need to reach.
