What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all are Approachable and transparent
Open and transparent. Genuinely care about people.
The leadership team is very transparent.
The focus on diversity and inclusion. They have put a large emphasis on supporting the people at Tile to make everyone feel welcomed and feeling like they can grow their career. During height of Covid the business estimated a 60% revenue drop (luckily that wasn't the case) and no one was let go.

Very good team my leadership
Think long term instead of reacting to short term outcomes. Pay for talent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid a fair base salary
The compensation itself. The bonus is also nice.
The best non typical benefit would likely be cell phone bill is covered up to a certain amount.
The company has a big potential to go big, so stock options can really mean something.
There aren't many parts. Tile pays a decent base salary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More pto. More equity. Better pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good variety of experience and backgrounds
The team is great and really applies Tile values.
I can trust everyone to do job. Plus they are enjoyable to have chats with.
Everybody is friendly and very good tech level.
Everyone is working toward the same goal of moving the company toward a better future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Commit to working together. Care about the strategy and quality of execution
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Tile values: Start with trust, bring it, build what matters, better together, and power what's next.
The most positive thing about the culture is they actually care and put effort into making sure people are happy.
It is a relatively small company so everybody knows each other.
OPen, Inclusive, freedom of expression and questions, data-driven decisions (Or at least there is an attempt to)

Very organized interview process, giving a good overview of the company culture.
The people I interviewed with were great.
The code test, I learn in the interview myself.
People were respectful. Less precise and experience but respectful
