The company never should have been sold to Cambium. It's been a downward spiral since.

The leadership team needs to actually lead. The support team is constantly told to reach out to others for duties that a supervisor should complete. Horrible.

It caters to remote-first culture! Great health, dental and vision benefits, and annual compensation.

I feel that the compensation is competitive and fair, and the benefits are great.

The most positive aspect about the culture is that we are able to help fellow homeschooling families. Before the sales changes, I used to be able to use my experience homeschooling my kids to help others.

It was warm, friendly and inviting but also organized and transparent.

There were opportunities to meet future teammates and discuss the role in depth. There was transparency over compensation ranges, benefits, and expectations.

The recruiter was friendly, professional, and transparent. She did what she said she was going to do and closed loops throughout the interview process.
