What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is very positive - we care about each other and care deeply about the products we provide to the homeschool community.
There is a sense of belonging because we are all working toward the same goal. Careful attention is given to honor our audience and their needs.
Mission driven and focused on improving families lives now
We live the Cambium Learning Group value of ensuring employees and customers feel seen, valued, and supported. I love how diverse our team is in terms of experience, backgrounds, world view, and approach to working together.
The most positive aspect about the culture is that we are able to help fellow homeschooling families. Before the sales changes, I used to be able to use my experience homeschooling my kids to help others.
Fun loving staff and great monthly virtual gatherings for games, professional learning, and staying connected.
