Its purpose is to embrace a community that values the empowerment of our differences by educating, appreciating, and promoting inclusion through our core values. Anyone is invited to join, and the group develops and promotes company-wide initiatives throughout the year. We even have affinity Slack channels for our employees to connect through as part of our diversity initiatives, celebrating and supporting everyone from new parents to our Black and LGBTQ+ Tinuitians.
