Customers run into hardships at times and this company has no accommodations and ate not willing to work with customers, no grace period. They need to do better!!
I dont get paid enough fir thr work i do especially for the profit that this company makes. If you are not management you are seriously underspaid

Middle management is very help full and willing to work with the employees. Regional management and up are clueless about helping each customer and treating them as individuals.

High to mid stress level. Work 38 to 40 hours depending on position
