Mr. Peter C. Halt has been the Chief Financial Officer of TiVo Corporation since May 19, 2012 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since May 2008. Mr. Halt serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of Macrovision Solutions Corp. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Rovi Guides, Inc. from March 2004 to Nay 2008 and served as its Chief Financial Officer until May 2008. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Sony Pictures Digital from 2000 to 2003 and Sony Pictures Entertainments Vice President and Corporate Controller from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Halt served as Client Service Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLPs audit practice where he worked from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Halt holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Southern California.
