Adequate salary, possible binus and flexible work situation
Additional medical insurance really adds on my compensation package.
They should pay salaries commensurate with the requirement, take on sufficient personnel. Train people based on the tasks they perform. TMF does none of that.
Market rate is much better

They do not take care of the junior level employees. Underpaid and appreciated
No one in the company knows my education or experience, i dont think i am utilized fully. TMF has so many talented people but leadership doesnt have time to understand people's talent
