Paying attention to the employees under them and how to treat them better
They should pay salaries commensurate with the requirement, take on sufficient personnel. Train people based on the tasks they perform. TMF does none of that.
Market rate is much better

TMF does not hire sufficient personnel in the IT area. My co-workers and I are almost always "putting out fires".
Stop makimg eachothers lives difficult
Communication in a timely manner. Announce a problem, ask for help, tell other employees what is happening.
Executive team needs to start valuing their employees more
Interview process was fairly smooth back in the day. I would make it stricter so people know they need to hit the ground running or they will be shown the door. Especially with losing clients.
They do not respect people
Tmfs biggest competitor is itself. No one knows whats going on. Except for a selective few
