Treating employees as human and not dirt
Company is self insured so its good.
Reasonable training instead of training myself
They pay under market with an outdated philosophy that they will pay the least to get you to work there. CEO has the philosophy that you must gain his trust before he will pay you anywhere near market

My co-workers and teammates are great. We work well together to get our job done to make the company run well as it can. It's not the employees that are the problem. It's the management and oversight on the employees.
