It was easy to communicate with the site manager and Forman's about safety concerns. Until you realize it’s falling on deaf ear

My immediate work team worked well together and were very professional. They would do anything to get the job done in a tough environment
My co-workers and teammates are great. We work well together to get our job done to make the company run well as it can. It's not the employees that are the problem. It's the management and oversight on the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is room for advancement if you are willing to put in the work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was normal. Medical exam, drug test, background check.
They need a place to be filled. I had to criteria to fill it. That's about it
