Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the CEO is pretty down to earth and intelligent but he seems to be pulled away a lot by the parent company. The rest of the leadership team is a lot of middle aged, white males that don't seem to engage much with the employees. There isn't a whole lot of diversity in people and thoughts.
Listen well and take input from others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being present! Never there. Ghost town.
Recognizing and reducing incompetence at all levels of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Inexpensive for the benefits received

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started out as a fresh college grad but as I gained years of experience my compensation didnt adjust for the market (standard yearly increases only).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Approachable and fun to be around.
Innovative, full of energy and ready to work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop complaining and just do the work
I couldn't have picked a better one!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are like family
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New president more concerned with social situations than productivity.
We need more people to effectively do the work we have been assigned.

The people were nice; follow up slow
