What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the CEO is pretty down to earth and intelligent but he seems to be pulled away a lot by the parent company. The rest of the leadership team is a lot of middle aged, white males that don't seem to engage much with the employees. There isn't a whole lot of diversity in people and thoughts.
Listen well and take input from others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being present! Never there. Ghost town.
Recognizing and reducing incompetence at all levels of the company.
