The base salary is good, and the bonus structure is very nice.

My team members are very close. We do regular outings to help build team involvement.

They are honest and upfront with everything. They will go out of their way to do the right thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so approachable and easy to communicate with. TNT does a lot of charity work and lets us choose the organizations we sponsor.

I got to meet people for all the different teams, which allowed me to make a better decision on what job best fit my personality.
What makes you most happy at work?
None of my clients operate the same way. This allows for every single day to be new and different and allows me to continue to learn new things.
