Unfortunately, unless you're full time you cannot get benefits, and the number of full-time positions are severely limited.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company environment is simultaneously relaxed and still goal driven. However, I don't feel uncomfortable pressure to meet goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find working as a store associate to be enjoyable because I really like helping people and interacting with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a store associate, I can't say much about the CEO or the executive team. However, I have to say that our store manager is amazing!
