The best part of my day are my coworkers

We work very well together.

Our general manager and assistant managers are well informed always on the top of their game. Keeping us well informed and passed along information to the sales staff.

Staff tries hard, works together as a team

I get along with 99 percent of the people I work with. They are my work family, and I care about them very much.

We support each other and our customers

They are my family. We celebrate children being born, being there when things are hard. We support each other.

Team is diverse. It was rumored at one point that the managers have selected people based off of attractivenrdd which i don't think is fair, but I've learned to be true

I hired most of them and they have a great attitude/personality.

Friendship and respect between all the employees ( except management)

Our trust and communication within our immediate team combined with the mutual respect from all other departments makes it effortless to cross collaborate with other teams and business units and we have some impressive tenure in pretty much every dept.

We work incredibly well together. Everyone balances each other out and our personalities compliment each other.

My team works extremely well together. There's always open communication, the upmost respect and candor and everyone pulls their own weight. Management did a great job hiring people/personalities that will mesh well together and balance each other out.

Hiring people that care about what they're doing.

As long as the lead and supervisor stop focusing on the negative and treating the workplace like high school the team will come together. At the moment everyone is too scared or just don’t car

With the exception of a handful of staff, almost everyone is a more recent addition to the company. The poor habits and treatment from the management and leadership side is negligent to the point of harm, and no good behaviors are being created or enforced. We have no cohesion, and no synergy.

Follow the rules just like staffing agencies

They are good people yes

Working and moving with purpose and urgency

They lack experience and knowledge and are not challenged or trained properly
