We all get along. We are concerned that there was a gun. We are concerned for our safety. We do not know what happened to the gun, most of us are afraid to go to work because we are worried he may come back.

Leading. The concept of supervisors and managers being allowed to manage without any leadership, sensitivity, or other training is detrimental to the environment, and damaging to the culture. Our turnover rate is unbelievably high, and at 5 months with the company I am one of the longest-employed.

Tommy Bahama has no business being in the restaurant or bar industry. They have retail store managers making bar and restaurant decisions, and do not understand how anything works
