Every conversation I had from the start felt genuine and I always appreciated their transparency and quick feedback provided to me throughout the process. Each person I met with had a unique story of their time at the company to share - and significant tenure that's unique in this market.
Very true throughout the interview process regarding what the job will truly be like and entail. No surprises. They involve all the right people. Respectful, thorough, fast.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Simplify the hiring process asap.
They asked me nearly nothing about my qualifications, and hired me on the spot. At this point I believe that is the only way to keep enough employees on hand; hire everyone and see who tolerates leadership.
