For me, my leadership has put a lot of trust in me, so I'm excited to get to run my projects and deliver a lot of value to our customers.

The leadership team spends a lot of time making sure that we understand the strategy and gives many opportunities to ask questions and challenge if we think there is a better way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very experience and the core principle of the company is omotenshi which we are taught means roughly thinking of our customers needs before they know that they have the need. Our team is always looking for ways to make our code run smoother.
