What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team spends a lot of time making sure that we understand the strategy and gives many opportunities to ask questions and challenge if we think there is a better way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is very good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very experience and the core principle of the company is omotenshi which we are taught means roughly thinking of our customers needs before they know that they have the need. Our team is always looking for ways to make our code run smoother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership is very open about what is happening when employees leave, and every week they high light employees who have stepped up and asked a hard question.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We spent a lot of time getting to know the interviewee and chatting.
What makes you most happy at work?
For me, my leadership has put a lot of trust in me, so I'm excited to get to run my projects and deliver a lot of value to our customers.
