What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is incredibly competitive and equity is juicy too :)
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate our virtual wine events for customers and mostly just love demoing to prospects (I'm in sales).
What did you like most about the interview process?
They actually use their values to drive the hiring process. Also mock presentations are so clutch for sales hires.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a collaborative crew. I've seen folks from every department come together to build a great customer demo or build out some sort of solution to "dogfood" our own software. woof woof!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Big brains, small egos. They are the commensurate professionals you need at a startup. They are ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done, not just bark orders. I enjoy working with my boss and the execs.
