They are very open and transparent about what they are doing. They always welcome critical feedback to stay in tune with what is happening day to day. Actually make big improvements based on feedback. They are an awesome group. No BS.

It's a collaborative crew. I've seen folks from every department come together to build a great customer demo or build out some sort of solution to "dogfood" our own software. woof woof!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we need a way to collaborate better. too many meetings are just conversations without a clear agenda, decisions/alignment that need to be made, and clear action items. working remotely requires extra attention to a strong process for getting knowledge work done.
