- What did you like most about the interview process?The interview was partially online and their were several different interviews before an offer was made. I felt like they really got to know me and let me get to know them before they made me an offer
- What makes you most happy at work?I really love Renewal checks...I couldn't believe it the first time I got a huge bonus paycheck right in the middle of the month that practically paid my mortgage that month and I hadn't even been with the company full year yet.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone wants everyone to succeed and get better. People are always willing to help you and are willing to teach you how to talk to clients better. We even go out after work together and do occasional team events on the weekend. My spouse comes and she knows my team and their spouses too.
