Kelley C. Knutson — Senior EVP & President of Netspend at Total System Services

Mr. Kelley C. Knutson has been President of NetSpend Corporation since January 2018. He serves as Senior Executive Vice President and President of Netspend at Total System Services Inc. since January 26, 2018. Mr. Knutson served as President of International Issuer Solutions at Total System Services, Inc. from April 1, 2017 to January 26, 2018 and its Executive Vice President until January 26, 2018. Mr. Knutson served as an Executive Vice President of International Services at Total System Services, Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of Global Services since November 2008. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Clear Money Ltd. Mr. Knutson served as the Group Executive of Global Services of Total System Services Inc. from August 15, 2007 to November 2008 and also served as its Managing Director of Tsys Europe from January 5, 2004 to August 15, 2007. A 20-year veteran of the payments industry, Mr. Knutson has held various leadership positions with GE Capital and Visa International. Mr. Knutson has tremendous depth of experience in the global payments market. He has served clients and partners throughout Europe for the past 14 years, which has given him an excellent knowledge of the intricacies and unique issues posed by each country in the region. His leadership is invaluable as TSYS continues to build a reputation as the preferred global provider of payments technology and services. Mr. Knutson served three years as Head of the Global Cards Business at GE Capital (global consumer finance), and seven years as Director and Senior Vice President of Product Development, Product Management and Marketing at Visa International. Mr. Knutson joined Clear Money as Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Mr. Knutson earned an MBA in degree in International Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.
