Mr. Rick Machold has been Chief Audit Executive at Total System Services, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Machold is a 26-year veteran of the payments industry and related businesses, and has worked for several of the leading payments providers both in the U.S. and globally. More recently, he served as the Head of Enterprise Risk for Invesco LTD., where he designed, implemented and managed the global enterprise risk management process. Mr. Machold also held senior management positions at First Data and Certegy, and was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
