Knowledge is not rewarded other than by esoteric tests that are partly non relevant.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A manager who is invested in "his" store, who is willing to put in the time, no matter what.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some really qualified and capable people, however they are not able to excel because of the burearcy .
